- Actively contribute to shaping Hillel BC new and returning students.
- Collaborate with students and colleagues to develop 9-12 program(s) a year and manage ongoing regular events.
- Develop one-on-one connections with Jewish students by meeting them where they live, work, and study. Use creative methods to engage them in Jewish life and empower newly engaged students to create meaningful experiences with their peers.
- Guide students in exploring their Jewish identities and foster a warm, welcoming Jewish campus community.
- Connect with students from diverse backgrounds through meaningful conversations and opportunities to participate in Jewish life on campus.
- Inspire students to take initiative by supporting the creation of new, student-led programs. Encourage and mentor them to develop events and projects that reflect their interests, passions, and Jewish journeys.

- Bachelor's degree

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Windows applications
- Hold a valid driver's License in Canada
- Competitive salary in the nonprofit marketplace. The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $52,000.
