- Manage overlapping project responsibilities including timelines, documentation, and communications
- Proactively track project delivery timelines, risk identification and mitigation, and budget burn down
- Support business solutions managers, especially with Operations & Maintenance activities and customer relationship management
- Create and maintain stakeholder-facing communications including newsletters, presentations, and dashboards
- Lead, facilitate, and document internal team and stakeholder calls
- Work across multiple teams and with business stakeholders to ensure business needs are met
- Run meetings and take effective meeting minutes
- 5+ years BA and/or Project Management experience
- Experience in business writing skills such as Executive level summary and presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proficiency in project management documentation (such as Microsoft Project, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective presentation skills and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- AGILE or IIBA Certification(s) or working knowledge
- Ticket management systems (such as ServiceNow, Jira, ADO, etc) working knowledge
- Experience in Consulting
