- Visually inspect bag seals, print and position for defaults and quality.
- Collect pre-determined number of bags and pack into boxes.
- Seal and properly label filled boxes to prepare for shipping. May include stacking boxes on skids.
- Construct boxes by folding and taping.
- Maintain area around machine for cleanliness.
- Ability to count – counting bags into boxes
- Ability to read and write English – inspecting bags
- Manual dexterity – sorting and putting bags into boxes
- Ability to communicate deficiencies to Operator and Supervisor
- Must demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality of information to Company and Federal standards.
- Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and be able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
- Must be dependable and work within Company conduct standards; consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.

- Work in a manufacturing environment around machinery (concrete flooring).
- Overtime as required
- Follow all safety regulations and rules at all times, including wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE):
- Eye Protection/ Safety glasses
- Steel toe shoes
- Hearing protection
- Hairnets and beard nets
- Ability to work in a non-air conditioned environment: hot conditions during summer months and cool conditions during winter months. (consistently)
- Must be able to prioritize/multi-task, be a team player and able to adapt to change
- Work around solvents, ink, adhesives, and cleaners used in the manufacturing process.
