Our partner is looking for a buyer - parts shopping for heavy vehicles!Our partner is a company established in crane rental for over 20 years. Our area of expertise and our inventory of cranes are varied to meet the needs of the residential, commercial, industrial, and civil engineering sectors.We offer our employees a warm, respectful, and satisfying work environment. Additionally, you have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and grow with us!Your role:Work collaboratively with the service manager to find parts in manuals and place orders for each repair.Order mechanical parts, lifting equipment, tools, hygiene supplies for the building, office supplies, etc.Receive merchandise and place it in the store.Work with the assistant to ensure all parts are properly entered into the work orders.Approve invoices, enter products into calls and expenses.Prepare machine maintenance (remove filters, etc.).Receive weekly visits from supplier representatives / stay informed about supplier promotions.Manage daily inventory of parts, gas cylinders, hardware, etc.Manage/order inventory according to seasonal maintenance (e.g., air dryer for winterization around September).Negotiate prices (quotes) with representatives.Follow up on orders.Create each new part in the system with pricing / adjust the price of already registered products with quantity.Check the Cintas invoice with the driver and process additions or removals of employees' work clothes (every Thursday morning).Ensure to have our orders picked up (with dispatch or courier service) or delivered with suppliers.Check that fire extinguishers are compliant (annual check and refill as needed).The benefits we offer you!Group insurance (life insurance, disability insurance, dental and health insurance).Vacation.Continuous training.Family-oriented and unique team.Employee well-being-focused company.Promotional items given to employees (clothing, lunch box, water bottle, and more!).We are looking for a candidate who is…Punctual.Able to work on variable schedules.Diligent and efficient.Able to work in a team.Autonomous, resourceful, and reliable.Able to negotiate and maintain good relationships.Good communicator.Organized in supply management.Desired skills:Have training in inventory management and procurement (asset).Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.Knowledge of heavy vehicles (asset).Knowledge of Office 365.Fluency in French, both spoken and written.Understanding of English.Schedule (5 days/week):Day shift between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.Apply now to join our big family!Job type: Full-time, PermanentCompensation: starting at $49,920.00 per yearBenefits:Dental Insurance.Disability Insurance.Life Insurance.Experience:Procurement: 2 years (Required).Language:French (Required).English (Required).Job location: On-site
