What You’ll Do:Strategic Architecture for HR & Finance Transformation

Partner with Corporate domain leaders to understand strategic goals, operating challenges, and transformation imperatives.
Develop and maintain capability maps, maturity models, value streams, and operating model views.
Identify cross-functional dependencies between platforms and enterprise systems.

Strategy-to-Technology Execution Leadership

Translate strategic priorities into informing multi-year transformation roadmaps.
Shape initiative proposals, business cases, and investment recommendations.
Partner with Enterprise Architecture and program leadership to ensure business intent drives technology decisions.
Define transition states connecting strategy to delivery.

Enterprise Integration & Cross-Functional Alignment

Facilitate alignment across HR, Finance, Sustainability, Legal/Compliance, and Site Solutions.
Lead workshops to clarify dependencies and resolve conflicts.
Bridge competing priorities with structured, data-driven facilitation.

Executive Facilitation & Decision Support

Prepare and deliver structured, executive-ready narratives.
Create decision frameworks and recommendations for VP/SVP/C-suite audiences.
Serve as a trusted advisor across people, process, capability, and technology tradeoffs.

Governance, Portfolio Alignment & Change Leadership

Support initiative discovery, prioritization, and portfolio visioning.
Align with teams on KPIs and measurable outcomes.
Translate architecture outcomes into communication tools for stakeholders.

About You:

8-10+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Enterprise Strategy, Corporate Transformation, or Consulting.
Experience leading Workday HCM, Finance ERP, or Corporate transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of business architecture concepts.
Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and technology requirements.
Exceptional communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Experience influencing senior leaders and building consensus.
Familiarity with strategic planning techniques and business case development.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience across multiple Corporate domains (HR + Finance; HR + Compliance; Finance + Real Estate).
Management consulting background at Manager/Senior Manager/Principal level.
Experience with Workday HCM or modern Finance platforms.
Understanding of Corporate governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.
