- Partner with Corporate domain leaders to understand strategic goals, operating challenges, and transformation imperatives.
- Develop and maintain capability maps, maturity models, value streams, and operating model views.
- Identify cross-functional dependencies between platforms and enterprise systems.
- Translate strategic priorities into informing multi-year transformation roadmaps.
- Shape initiative proposals, business cases, and investment recommendations.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture and program leadership to ensure business intent drives technology decisions.
- Define transition states connecting strategy to delivery.
- Facilitate alignment across HR, Finance, Sustainability, Legal/Compliance, and Site Solutions.
- Lead workshops to clarify dependencies and resolve conflicts.
- Bridge competing priorities with structured, data-driven facilitation.
- Prepare and deliver structured, executive-ready narratives.
- Create decision frameworks and recommendations for VP/SVP/C-suite audiences.
- Serve as a trusted advisor across people, process, capability, and technology tradeoffs.
- Support initiative discovery, prioritization, and portfolio visioning.
- Align with teams on KPIs and measurable outcomes.
- Translate architecture outcomes into communication tools for stakeholders.
- 8-10+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Enterprise Strategy, Corporate Transformation, or Consulting.
- Experience leading Workday HCM, Finance ERP, or Corporate transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of business architecture concepts.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and technology requirements.
- Exceptional communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience influencing senior leaders and building consensus.
- Familiarity with strategic planning techniques and business case development.
- Experience across multiple Corporate domains (HR + Finance; HR + Compliance; Finance + Real Estate).
- Management consulting background at Manager/Senior Manager/Principal level.
- Experience with Workday HCM or modern Finance platforms.
- Understanding of Corporate governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
- MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.
