- Own the product vision and roadmap for Execute by developing informed product opinions, testing them in market, and executing with urgency
- Build and maintain a clear, independent point of view on where the product should go, grounded in market insight, data, and domain expertise, and translate it into action
- Develop deep understanding of upstream capital execution workflows including AFEs, approvals, governance, and asset execution, and turn market and customer pain points into meaningful product improvements
- Expand impact by connecting products and using AI where it creates value, partnering with engineering to turn opportunity into execution
- Test and validate ideas quickly, learning through iteration and adjusting course as needed to maintain forward momentum
- Partner closely with engineering to define priorities, user stories, and release scope, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Work closely with other Product Managers to align shared workflows from capital planning decisions through governed execution across the solution set
- Collaborate closely across leadership, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing to test ideas, validate opinions in market, and drive coordinated execution
- Serve as a credible product voice with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
- And other duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience in a product management or product ownership role within a cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated ability to form informed opinions, make decisions with incomplete information, and iterate quickly to drive execution
- Strong ability to understand complex workflows and translate market and domain insight into product direction
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead without formal authority
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment
- Willingness to travel up to 20 percent
- Demonstrated domain expertise in upstream oil and gas operations, particularly capital execution and governance
- Experience with SaaS, enterprise, or B2B products
- Experience supporting sales enablement and go-to-market efforts
- Experience working within a multi-product or platform-oriented product organization
