- Research, plan, and execute organic social media strategies aligned to business objectives
- Partner with marketing leaders to develop social content calendars informed by trends and insights
- Capture, edit, and publish high-performing social content across major platforms
- Produce video, static, and low-to-high production content that drives impressions, engagement, and follower growth
- Establish and evolve visual language and branded storytelling across channels
- Collaborate with Brand, Content, Digital, Events, and Partnership teams to deliver campaigns on time and on budget
- Execute on-site social storytelling at events, trade shows, and partnership activations
- Stay current on social, cultural, advertising, and industry trends to inform content creation
- Collaborate with Paid Digital Media teams to align with regional paid social strategies
- Monitor and manage social communities, including platforms such as G2 and Reddit, responding to enquiries and feedback
- Track performance, report on results, and identify opportunities to optimize content and engagement

- Minimum 2 years' experience in Social Media Marketing
- Passion for social media, trends, memes, and storytelling
- Proven ability to produce content across video and static formats
- Proficiency with social editing tools such as Canva and native platform tools
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience using social media management platforms (e.g., Oktopost, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative and marketing teams
- Ability to work autonomously with strong time management and attention to detail
- Some experience working with influencers is an asset
- Willingness to submit a 60-second video and portfolio of relevant work as part of the application
