✅ Flexible options - regional loads available if cross-border slows downThe Opportunity:We’re hiring Class 1 US/Canada Long-Haul Drivers to join our Airdrie team. Enjoy steady work, modern equipment, and a supportive environment.Requirements:
  • Valid Class 1 license
  • Minimum 2 years long-haul experience (including 2 consecutive winters)
  • At least 1 year of U.S. cross-border experience Included in the 2 years
  • Must live in Calgary/Airdrie area
  • MUST BE Fluent in English (read, write, speak) - this is a US Mandate
  • Willing to travel across Canada & U.S. for 5-7 days
  • Reefer experience required; meat inspection an asset
  • Clean abstract (zero moving violations, <5 demerits)
  • FAST CARDS - are required but XTL will help with obtaining them for new employees
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Starting pay: $0.59/mile (U.S.), $0.54/mile (Canada)
