- Configure, manage, and optimize the LMS, including automated (dynamic) learning assignments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LMS administrators and learners.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure LMS solutions meet business and learner needs.
- Work closely with the LMS vendor (Cornerstone) on system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Develop and deliver LMS training for administrators, managers, and learners.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, using data storytelling to communicate trends, KPIs, and insights.
- Use advanced Excel skills to analyze, validate, and prepare learning data for reporting and decision-making.
- Audit learning data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Document standards, processes, and system practices to support data integrity, consistent reporting, and sustainable system operations.
- Support learning system reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with system-related change management and process improvements.
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in learning systems, HR systems, or a related analytical role.
- Strong understanding of learning management systems and records management.
- Strong Excel skills and experience (e.g., data analysis, validation, formulas, reporting).
- Experience with reporting, metrics, and dashboards. (Power BI preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Learning Infrastructure team and diverse stakeholders.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- A learner-focused mindset with a passion for improving system adoption and user experience.
