- 4+ years of relevant experience in ERP consulting, with a focus on Supply Chain, Procurement, and/or Inventory.
- Experience leading 2+ full lifecycle Workday SCM implementations or equivalent ERP P2P/SCM deployments.
- 7+ years of industry supply chain, procurement, and/or inventory experience
- Experience leading a fully lifecycle Workday SCM implementation for a Workday client.
- Hands‑on experience with Workday functional areas including:
- Procurement
- Supplier Accounts
- Inventory
- (Optional) Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Supplier Contracts
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end P2P processes: requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, settlements, catalogs, and supplier enablement.
- Knowledge of Inventory processes such as replenishment, stock counts, issuing, put‑away, and inventory valuation.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities across concurrent projects.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate business needs into Workday solutions.
- Willingness to travel across Canada when required.
- Workday Procurement and/or Inventory certifications (or Workday Pro) are strong assets.
- Experience in procurement in the Healthcare sector is an asset
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, dashboards, and visualization tools.
- Proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and process mapping.
- Background or academic experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or related functional areas.
