- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and seasonal demand cycles
- Own brand consistency and positioning across all customer touchpoints
- Identify and implement initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue growth
- Lead multi-channel digital strategy across social platforms, web, and email
- Oversee development and approval of all marketing content, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign goals
- Manage website content and user experience (CMS-based environment)
- Own lifecycle and email marketing strategy, including campaign planning and performance optimization
- Manage and mentor a Marketing Coordinator, providing clear direction, prioritization, and feedback
- Own and maintain the marketing calendar to ensure alignment across initiatives
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution as needed
- Partner with internal teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and customer experience initiatives
- Support internal stakeholders with marketing materials, campaigns, and communication needs
- Coordinate content development tied to key business initiatives and promotional periods
- Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Oversee development of digital and physical marketing assets (e.g., signage, collateral, promotional materials)
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with broader business priorities
- Track and analyze performance across digital channels, campaigns, and customer engagement metrics
- Use insights to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI
- Report on key metrics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- Strong foundation in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign strategy
- Ability to connect marketing initiatives to measurable business outcomes
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, CMS, design tools)
- Solid understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing environments
- Exposure to experiential marketing or event-driven businesses
- Basic understanding of creative production (photo/video/content)
