  • A proven M&E professional with experience on large-scale, complex ICI projects ($100M+)
  • Passionate about complex, challenging projects that demand technical precision and creative problem-solving
  • A driven construction leader who thrives on delivering quality, profitability, and results
  • Curious, eager to embrace new methodologies, technologies, and industry best practices
  • Growth-minded, with a desire to elevate your own skills and mentor those around you
  • Experienced in supporting design development and scheduling, ensuring projects are strategically planned for success
  • Skilled in liaising with partners, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to align expectations and deliver exceptional MEP outcomes
  • Equipped with a degree or technical background in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, allowing you to understand and dig into the finer details of complex systems
  • Adept at leading MEP scopes for high-value projects, managing budgets, schedules, and quality from start to finish
  • A confident communicator at all levels, from trades and technical staff to executives and clients
  • Well-versed in compliance regulations, building codes, and safety standards at municipal, provincial, and federal levels
  • Strong in management, delegation, and planning, with a knack for bringing clarity and control to fast-moving projects
