Type: Full-Time, PermanentJob Responsibilities:- Design and implement an effective warehousing network that supports the OMS growth strategy and operational goals. Identify and establish relationships with key Purchasing, Operations, and Transportation partners.
- Lead smart slotting activities to optimize bin sizes and product placement for manual and automated pick locations.
- Establish metrics that measure the internal efforts of managing inventory transactions and transportation costs.
- Evaluate service levels to determine where opportunities lie to optimize warehousing strategy.
- Make recommendations to improve process and inventory management efforts.
- Provides guidance and assistance to pharmacy stakeholders in various aspects of supply management.
- Identify and action opportunities to improve service, including work instructions/procedures to improve team efficiencies and workflow.
- Monitor health and safety compliance and promote a safe working environment.Qualifications:- Minimum 5+ experience as a Buyer, Inventory Analyst or Warehouse Operation Manager.
- Must be highly organized with an ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities.
- Solid understanding of supply chain practices.
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management and various Transportation Modes.
