
Preventive Maintenance Technician

- Performing all levels of PM services on a scheduled basis in a professional manner
- Identify issues with malfunctioning equipment, analyze the root causes, and devise appropriate solutions for repairs, replacements, or adjustments
- Identifying and reporting on additional items identified that require follow-up service work by a service technician
- Ensuring the accurate capture and reporting of PM service checklist, inspection, and work order information for the benefit of customer reporting
- Other duties as assigned
- Motivated, energetic, and have strong oral communication skills
- Willing to work after-hours and/or participate in shift-work as required to support customer needs
- High degree of mechanical aptitude
- A recent driver’s abstract will be required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have experience operating, servicing, and/or maintaining agricultural, automotive, or heavy equipment
- Candidates with trade experience to a second- or third-year apprentice level are encouraged to apply
- Proven experience in contributing in a service-oriented environment working directly with customers and equipment operators are key assets
