- Experienced in HR Operations (preferably Workday environments)?
- An analytical self-starter who can demonstrate the ability to take initiative to identify issues and recommend solutions?
- Administer the full employee lifecycle within Workday, including recruitment, onboarding, job changes and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience at each stage
- Partner with HR business partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of HR transactions and to maintain all employee HR records in Workday
- Provide strategic guidance, training and support to HR partners and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational policies and HR best practices
- Review and/or approve employee data changes in Workday while maintaining data integrity and compliance
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure compliance with data governance standards
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve HR operations and Service Delivery
- Maintain People Services databases, reports, records, and documents as needed. Support People Services centralized email inbox
- Support Service Now platform (Tier 1 AskHR tickets), identify and assign Tier 1 support for AskHR tickets
- 5+ years of HR generalist operations experience, preferably in the Workday environment as well as 5+ years partnering with cross-functional teams
- 2 – 3 years experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and a strong conceptual aptitude to innovate business challenges
- Well-rounded HR understanding with proven ability to tailor approaches to unique organizational challenges
