- Curate highly personalized concierge experiences for our valued clients and guests
- Design and book bespoke excursions, transfers, and exclusive experiences
- Anticipate guest preferences and identify refined upsell opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Yacht Operations and Sales for flawless execution
- Deliver a seamless digital experience through CRM and guest platforms
- Resolve inquiries with elegance and efficiency, discreetly communicate with management on complex matters

- Exceptional verbal/written English required, other languages an asset.
- Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, Sailing or Hotels, education or experience is required
- Minimum 1 year experience in luxury sales and/or service required, ultra-luxury is a strong asset
- Must be able to build rapport effortlessly, and have a proven ability to curate high-end experiences
- Deep understanding of ultra-luxury travel and elevated guest expectations
- Ability to discern guest needs and have a proactive mindset
- Proficient with Customer Relationship Management software, (ex Salesforce), and digital platforms
- Meticulously organized, adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing, luxury environment
- Capability to multi-task effectively with extreme attention to detail
- You must reside in and be working from NB, NS, PEI or QC
- This is not a part-time or temporary summer student position, this is a full-time, permanent career opportunity
- We are open 7 days a week, must be able to commit to a schedule that includes weekends, and evenings and holidays. Note: schedules are consistent, and include two consecutive days off weekly
- Must be currently legally able to work full time in Canada
- Must have a suitable workspace and a high-speed, direct internet connection (no wireless or satellite)
