- Prepare quotes and provide support to account managers
- Participate in the renewal process of technical support contracts
- Respond to internal and external customer requests by email and phone
- Analyze customer requests to ensure compliance and efficient processing
- Process evaluation requests and issue software licenses
- Coordinate the assignment of application specialists to sales activities
- Update and maintain data in the CRM system
- Support our global network in deploying our enterprise solution
- Have at least three years of experience in customer service
- Be highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and familiar with CRM tools (knowledge of Salesforce is an asset)
- Possess an advanced level of English*, both spoken and written
- Be autonomous, resourceful, and an effective communicator
- Collaborate actively in a team, both in person and remotely
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and openness to change
- Manage priorities effectively and stay well organized
