Could It Be You?The purpose of the Supervisor, Sales is to help supervise and manage the day to day sales activities in the New Accounts department.The Supervisor will mentor, train and coach and motivate all sales employees. Working closely with all sales staff, the supervisor will help to ensure all staff are promoting a “We Care” onboarding experience to our customers while meeting our sales targets and objectives.In addition, the Supervisor will help identify performance gaps in the sales systems, processes and procedures, with the objective of improving these through project execution.Need more details? Keep reading…In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supervise sales team and team of direct reports (both local and remote)Ensure staff are adhering to their WFM scheduleMotivate staff and ensure they are meeting their personal performance targets on daily/weekly/monthly basisEnsure staff are meeting their individual conversion percentage targetsHelp monitor phone, chat and email queues, to ensure service level agreements are
being metProvide ongoing coaching and mentoring advice and resources to all sales staff in their team and across the Sales departmentParticipate in agent’s monthly Service Quality review meetingsAssist team lead in role play sessions as necessaryTriage and handle poor CSAT score escalations if team lead is unavailableHandle real-time customer escalationsEnsure our “We Care” values are being met during customer interactionsSeek process/procedures improvementsHelp communicate department/company policy and procedure changesFacilitate and lead weekly/monthly team meetings and one-on-one meetingsHandle special projects as assigned by the Senior Leadership teamAssist in department recruiting and hiringLiaise with interdepartmental leaders as neededBack up other team functions as business requiresParticipate in weekly leadership meetingsRemain subject matter expert on Questrade products and servicesSo are YOU our next Supervisor, Sales?
