At JDass Corp., we are looking for Junior Accountant who is responsible for managing all financial transactions of our business operations.Junior Accountant will work closely with a team to manage financial functions, including from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets, accounts payable/ receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, audits and inventory management.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain accurate financial recordsProcess and reconcile daily sales transactionsPrepare and submit timely financial reports to managementMonitor and track inventory levels and costsHandle accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsMonitor QuickBooks and ensure payments are being posted/reconciled in a timely mannerConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulationsAssist in budgeting and forecasting activitiesCollaborate with other departments to gather financial data and insightsProvide support during tax preparation and auditsStay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting practicesRequirements and skillsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
