We take pride in delivering high-quality results and a strong customer experience across Fredericton.Position OverviewWe are hiring a Production Manager to oversee daily operations, manage crews, and ensure all exterior cleaning projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee field crews on job sites
Coordinate scheduling and daily production targets
Ensure quality control across all services (window, gutter, siding cleaning, and interlock re-grouting)
Train and support team members to improve performance
Communicate with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
Maintain safety standards and proper job site procedures
Track job progress and report on production metrics
Compensation
$24–$36 per hour
Commission and performance-based bonuses
