
Gérant Adjoint, Travaux Civil / Civil Work Lead

- Track project costs and analyze budget variances
- Supervise site engineers and coordinators
- Negotiate and prepare contracts and purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage contractual changes with the client and prepare progress claims
- Plan short- and mid-term works (weekly, monthly, etc.)
- Baccalauréat en génie civil ou en génie de la construction
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en gestion de projets de construction
- Maîtrise des logiciels MS Office, MS Project et/ou Primavera P6
- Connaissance de la suite Autodesk (un atout)
- Expérience sur des projets utilisant des plateformes BIM (atout majeur)
- La maîtrise du français est requise. Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est préférable
- Esprit d’initiative et leadership
- Solides compétences en gestion, négociation, communication et résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer efficacement avec les parties prenantes du projet
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management
- Proficient with MS Office, MS Project and/or Primavera P6
- Familiarity with Autodesk suite (an asset)
- Experience on projects using BIM platforms (strong asset)
- Fluency in French is required; strong proficiency in English is preferred
- Demonstrates initiative and leadership
- Strong skills in project management, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving
