- Manage distributor relationships within the assigned region to include contract, pricing and portal management, sales training and business development events (trade shows, customer events, etc.), acting as a liaison between the regions field sales team and the distributor sales teams, executive level relationship management to include quarterly business reviews, joint business planning and other similar activities.
- Work with and support the Territory Sales Managers within the region to ensure a strong alignment between the Diversey field sales teams and the sales teams of the key distributors in the region.
- Track and report on distributor performance, growth and other metrics, utilizing sales reporting tools such as Salesforce.com and other tools as necessary.
- Develop and grow new distributors in the region as business necessity warrants to expand Diversey’s reach and footprint in the assigned region.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales required.
- Prior experience managing distribution relationships at a high level.
- Must be willing to travel within the multi-state region approximately 50% of the time, including overnight travel.
