Location: Downtown
Salary: $90K to $110K + Excellent BenefitsJoin a leading property management team and take ownership of full-cycle accounting and reporting for a portfolio of properties. This high-visibility role works closely with ownership and senior leadership, providing accurate reporting, strategic insights, and supporting the company's continued growth.What You'll Do:- Manage payroll, month-end, and year-end accounting for assigned properties
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reconciliations
- Manage tax and regulatory remittances (WCB, Payroll Tax, GST, Corporate Tax)
- Liaise with property managers, leasing agents, and external auditors
- Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making
- Contribute to special projects and process improvementsWhat You Bring:- Bachelor's degree, DEC, accounting certificate
- Strong experience in full-cycle accounting, ideally in real estate or property management
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
