Run a tight, well-organized site.What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead day-to-day site operations from start to completion
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site activity with precision
- Maintain schedule, budget awareness, and build quality
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with Ontario Building Code
- Navigate real-time site challenges with practical, solutions-first thinking
- Communicate effectively with internal leadership and project stakeholders
- 80% leadership / coordination
- 20% hands-on involvement when required
- Proven experience running multi-residential construction sites (non-negotiable)
- Strong working knowledge of Part 3, Part 4, and Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications with confidence
- Comfortable leading crews while maintaining accountability on site
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
- Tech-comfortable (site reporting, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license
- Long-term, stable pipeline of work - not project-to-project uncertainty
- Strong internal structure with project and senior site support
- Exposure to full-cycle development - from land through to completion
