- Spot recurring friction in sourcing/spec/procurement workflow and bring practical solutions to management to continuously improve how the studio runs and feels for clients and our team.
- Partner with design and procurement teams early-often before selections are finalized-to guide the specification with thoughtful sourcing support.
- Review spec books, plans, and finish schedules to catch gaps, conflicts, missing components, and lead-time risks before they reach site.
- Source and propose refined options (valves, trim, accessories, tubs, towel warmers, saunas, etc.) aligned with design intent, budget, and availability.
- Build complete, coordinated packages, and provide alternates when needed-protecting the vision while maintaining schedule and feasibility.
- Teach designers and project teams how to present plumbing selections with confidence-giving them the language, selling points, and rationale to defend the full spec (not just the hero faucet) and earn client buy-in.
- Advise clients on pricing structure to protect margin, maintain project control, and reduce downstream risk (contractor bypass, substitutions, delays)
- Train studio interns and new team members on brand standards, product knowledge, and technical fundamentals-raising the quality of studio support
- Create and participate in studio events (launches, trainings, spec sessions, designer education), helping position Aquavato as a trusted resource for considered plumbing guidance

- Meet regularly with vendor partners to stay current on product updates, and bring them into client meetings when needed to confirm technical fit, timelines, and availability-so decisions move forward cleanly
- 7+ years in plumbing products, showroom sales, technical specification
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects at once without dropping details
