- Develop customized solutions by mapping customer requirements to product capabilities, working closely with internal teams such as product development, engineering, and operations to ensure feasibility and alignment.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's technical products or services.
- Address technical inquiries, challenges, or concerns raised by customers, providing comprehensive and accurate information to facilitate decision-making.
- Propose, design, and present technical solutions that address the business and technical requirements of customers.
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technical decision-makers, engineering teams, and project managers, to build trust and credibility, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales proposals, technical documentation, and quotations that accurately represent the solution, pricing, and implementation timeline.
- Provide technical support and assistance during the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales phase to successful deployment.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, develop technical sales strategies, and provide pre-sales support throughout the sales cycle.
- Gather and analyze customer needs, pain points, and technical challenges to propose effective solutions that address their unique business needs.
- Deliver persuasive and informative presentations to clients, clearly articulating the technical aspects of our products and solutions, including their benefits, implementation process, and integration requirements.
- Support business development and sales by collaborating with customers to determine their technical and business requirements.
- Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, documenting leads, opportunities, and follow-up activities using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- BAC in Engineering or DEC in Engineering Technology (chemical, electrical, mechanical, ...)
- Communication skills, written and verbal, in French.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English would be considered an asset.
- Experience in customer service role or sales environment an asset.
- Adept at learning and adapting to new technologies.
