Do you want a role where your skills directly influence student success—and your impact is seen every day?The roleAt NIWE Academy, your experience doesn’t go unnoticed—it becomes the standard others learn from.As a full-time, on-site Professional Esthetics Trainer/Instructor in Calgary, AB, you’ll guide students through hands-on training across Professional, Comprehensive, and Clinical Aesthetics programs. Because you’ll be working closely with students every day, you’ll see their progress in real time and know your guidance is making a difference.This role gives you the opportunity to grow your own career while helping others launch theirs.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver hands-on esthetics training so students are fully prepared for real client work
  • Guide clinical procedures so students build safe, confident techniques
  • Provide clear feedback so students can improve quickly and meet program standards
  • Track progress and attendance so no student falls behind
  • Offer early support when students need it, helping improve retention and outcomes
  • Work with leadership to refine training, so programs stay relevant and effective
  • Lead by example, so students understand what professionalism looks like in practice

The personYou take pride in your work and want to see others succeed because of your guidance.Required:
  • At least 3 years of professional esthetics experience
  • Strong communication skills, so you can connect with and guide students effectively
  • Confidence managing a classroom while keeping students engaged
Preferred:
  • Experience with advanced or clinical treatments
  • Previous mentoring or teaching experience
  • Familiarity with vocational education standards
