- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Maintain operational quality and efficiency targets
- Implement safety measures in automation changes
- Maintain equipment documentation and records per IATF16949/ISO9001 standards
- Support inventory control for machine wear parts and spares
- Assist in materials acquisition and implementation
- Coordinate and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001 standards
- Perform other related duties as required
- Technical diploma in Automation or Engineering Technology
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation, robotics, and CNC maintenance
- Familiarity with Fanuc, ABB, Allen-Bradley, Omron, and Siemens controls
- Strong knowledge of PLC, CNC, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Understanding of APQP, PPAP, and QOS within IATF16949/ISO9001 frameworks
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High integrity and a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
- Experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing environments
- Proven success in implementing machine reliability improvements
- Ability to work overtime and adapt to dynamic production needs
