- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning
- Mix and match paint colors to manufacturer specifications
- Apply primers, base coats, and clear coats using spray equipment
- Repair minor surface imperfections prior to painting
- Ensure proper blending and color matching with existing paint
- Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality standards
- Maintain painting equipment and work areas
- Follow safety procedures and proper handling of paint materials
- Experience as an Automotive Painter or Auto Body Painter
- Strong knowledge of automotive paint systems and refinishing techniques
- Experience using spray guns and paint booth equipment
- Ability to accurately mix and match colors
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license
- Experience working in an auto body shop or dealership collision center
- Certification in automotive refinishing or related training
- Experience with modern paint systems and refinishing technologies
