
Climate Investment Solutions Researcher

- Conduct research and analysis on sustainabiiity and climate-related topics, such as sustainability financial materiality including ESG and climate and physical risks.
- Support the development and testing of new sustainability and climate models, indicators, or frameworks.
- Support client engagement and use cases.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and departments within the organization, such as data science, product development, and marketing.
- Relevant past experiences in sustainability research role.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental studies, economics, finance, or statistics.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, such as proficiency in Excel, Python and Snowflake.
- Working knowledge of MSCI ESG and Climate offering, such as MSCI GeoSpatial data, and MSCI analytic offerings, such as BarraOne, BPM, and MSCIOne.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated interest and knowledge of ESG and climate issues, trends, and best practices.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced team.
