- Lead the analytics to uncover consumer insights, revenue drivers, competitive actions & customer trends. Connect frameworks, brand strategies, and business needs to identify & deliver pricing and growth opportunities.
- Design AOP strategy across all RGM levers (Pack, Pricing, Promo, CDA, Mix). Work with cross-functional teams to ensure plan is executed by customer & brand teams.
- Manage Net Revenue Council process, optimizing PBC’s trade investments and maximizing PBC’s return on customer investments through post-game analysis
- Develop reports, tools & dashboards to analyze pricing trends, category/competitive dynamics, retail margins, elasticity & performance across channels / customers.
- Serve as project manager and commercialization lead for RGM & pricing projects. Manage cross functional communication and overcome risks to ensure projects get delivered on time.
- Leverage Global NRM COE & US Revenue Management to build digital capability and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or similar preferred. MBA and/or CA is a good addition.
- 4-5 years experience in Finance, Revenue Management, Category Management, Insights or Sales Strategy.
- Experience with Customer POS data (Nielsen or other customer specific platforms) is a plus
- Strong proven Excel skills; Power BI, Tableau or similar tools required
- Strong project and time management skills; able to manage multiple major projects simultaneously; establishing & attaining high standards for self & team.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, with experience transforming data into insights, evaluating potential solutions and making strategy recommendations.
- Ability to inspire, collaborate, engage and enable at various levels of the organization; Presenting complex business cases with confidence and credibility in senior forums
- Ability to work and think independently with limited direction and oversight
- Deep understanding of financial modelling/evaluation, linking to consumer and shopper data
- Experience leading change management initiatives, including strong cross-functional management skills to drive change in the face of adversity
