
Property Servicing Technical Lead

- Review, evaluate, and analyze risk exposures, controls, loss history, and financial condition to support underwriting decisions within Zurich's risk appetite.
- Anticipate information needs and proactively seek out relevant data sources to enhance risk understanding.
- Contribute to policy rating, pricing, construction, and coverage recommendations.
- Independently and collaboratively execute account servicing processes for new business, renewals, and endorsements for complex accounts.
- Drive broker/agent/distributor/customer interactions and on-site calls with a planned and well-prepared purpose.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with brokers, agents, and customers.
- Mentor new team members and provide coaching and problem-solving support to peers.
- Support special projects as assigned.
- Maintain regular, predictable attendance and, as required, travel for business or attend the office.
- Support change management, training opportunities, and business transformation initiatives applicable to the department.
- Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of experience in insurance, underwriting, or a market-facing area
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including Associate Degree, and 2 or more years of experience in insurance, underwriting, or a market-facing area
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4 or more years of experience in insurance, underwriting, or a market-facing area
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory environment
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Experience with processing, rating, and policy management systems used in the insurance industry
- Proven customer service and problem-solving skills
- Experience servicing product portfolios across multiple insurance lines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of underwriting philosophy and techniques
- Familiarity with national/local insurance regulations and guidelines
- Experience with international insurance programs
