J Dass Corp is seeking a detail-oriented Law Clerk – Commercial Litigation to support our legal team in handling commercial disputes, corporate matters, contracts, agreements and legal documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with litigation files, preparing legal documents, and coordinating with lawyers and clients.Key Responsibilities:Assist lawyers with commercial litigation files and case managementDraft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence3+ years of experience in Commercial Litigation, preferably in a corporate or private practice settingConduct legal research and summarize findingsPrepare and file court documents in accordance with court proceduresMaintain and organize legal files and recordsCoordinate with clients, external counsel, and court offices as requiredTrack deadlines and assist with case schedulingQualifications:Law Clerk diploma or relevant legal educationExperience in commercial litigation preferredKnowledge of court procedures and legal documentationStrong organizational and research skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
