Join Rogers Sports & Media's Elevate team and help shape the future of media across Canada. With a reach of 30 million Canadians monthly, we're looking for a strategic, solutions-driven Account Manager to lead integrated media sales across our premium platforms - TV, radio, digital, and OOH/DOOH.What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute innovative, multi-platform media solutions that align with client goals and RSM's strategic priorities.
- Lead consultative sales efforts with top-tier national agencies and clients, focusing on original content and premium programming.
- Grow and manage key accounts, identifying new revenue opportunities across News, Sports, and Entertainment.
- Collaborate with internal teams - including creative, content, and strategy - to deliver compelling pitches and seamless execution.
- Support go-to-market strategies and contribute to product and format innovation.
- Build strong internal and external relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in media sales, with a strong background in consultative selling and key account management.
- A solutions-first mindset with a track record of delivering client-focused, revenue-driving campaigns.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of the Canadian media landscape and agency ecosystem.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Excellent skillset working within Microsoft suite, specifically Powerpoint and Excel
