Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Join us as Bogie manager of mechanical integration team and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in St-Bruno (QC), CA.PURPOSE OF THE JOB:Ensure the management of the mechanical integration department position in the organizationKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensures, with his team and in collaboration with the PrEMs, the responsibility of mechanical integration, from input data, Quality, Cost and Delivery requirements (QCD), and mechanical components of bogie system.
  • Ensures the management of his team sharing his vision and ensuring team planning, organization, management and control (workload, budgets, deliverables, priorities follow-up, etc.)
  • Develops and ensures the durability of his team expertise and skills through the management of development and training plans for his resources
  • Ensures, with his team and the PrEMs, the product technical relevance, from the definition to the industrialization
  • Responsible for the production and the update of definition technical document deliverables (CATIA 3D mock-up, master and detail plans)
