We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Digital Commerce Manager to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead omnichannel retail media campaigns, partner with top-tier retailers and media agencies, and influence the way our brands show up in digital commerce environments.As the Digital Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing outcome-based digital strategies across key customers and platforms. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Shopper Marketing, and external media partners to deliver measurable growth and industry-leading programs across our North American business.What Wonderbrands Offers:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:Retail Media Strategy & Execution:
  • Translate brand and portfolio strategies into best-in-class digital retail media plans across key retailers (Walmart, Loblaw, Kroger, and others).
  • Lead the planning and execution of omnichannel retail media campaigns — including media briefing, creative approvals, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Manage the retail media budget and reallocate funds to maximize sales, ROAS, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with external media vendors and retail partners to align on joint business goals and category growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal leads and external media agencies to guide strategy, optimize media performance, and maintain reporting excellence.
  • Partner with the Brand, Shopper Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver consistent messaging across the full path-to-purchase.
Digital Commerce Optimization:
  • Develop annual and quarterly eCommerce strategies tailored to retailer platforms, supporting both brand objectives and customer-specific goals.
  • Leverage customer insights, digital shelf analytics, and performance data to inform content, merchandising, and promotional strategies.
  • Drive alignment with sales leads and internal stakeholders to activate omnichannel programs that enhance conversion and digital presence.
  • Support internal education and capability-building around retail media and eCommerce marketing best practice.
Measurement & Performance:
  • Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards to evaluate media effectiveness, campaign performance, and business impact.
  • Lead post-campaign analysis and provide insights-driven recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging retail media innovations to drive continuous learning and competitive advantage.
Job requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital commerce, retail media, performance marketing, or a related field — preferably within CPG or omnichannel retail.
  • Strong understanding of retail media platforms, measurement frameworks, and paid media strategy.
  • Proven track record of working with agencies and major retailers to deliver digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Brand, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with retail data and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Some travel required (15%) within Canada and the USA.
  • Role requires 3 days per week on-site at our Head Office.
