- Create, maintain, and present project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure schedules are accurate and up to date.
- Promote effective use of schedules as project management tools within EPC environments.
- Review schedule logic and identify gaps, errors, or missing activities.
- Perform time impact analysis in coordination with project managers.
- Support schedule narratives and documentation for change orders and official correspondence.
- Ensure delays and change orders are accurately reflected in project schedules.
- Generate monthly schedule reports and performance metrics.
- Coordinate across departments including sales, procurement, engineering, construction, and commissioning.
- Review contracts to identify milestones and incorporate them into schedules.
- Document events impacting schedule, scope, and project performance.
- 3 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling in industrial environments.
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and critical path scheduling methodologies.
- Knowledge of EPC project delivery and project control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Experience with high voltage substation projects.
- Familiarity with engineering, procurement, and construction processes.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across project teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
