- Builds and maintains a 'healthy' pipeline of 'prospects' and 'opportunities'.
- Lead-to-call response times
- Maximizes all interactions with the prospect to demonstrate the value of becoming a CPS merchant.
- Makes 'recommendations' and provides strategic advice to communicate value to the prospect.
- Strong execution of all sales-related, and non-sales-related administrative tasks.
- Timely and accurate lead tracking and reporting using Salesforce
- Contract Preparation - effectively prepares and collects all contracts and related documents.
- Familiarity with Anti Money Laundering policies and corresponding merchant applications requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business or sales management in lieu of degree.
- Requires one to two years of outside sales experience.
- Good selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Chase's products and pricing practices.
