Powered by ingenuity and continuous innovation, next‑generation features are thoughtfully designed to solve real‑world challenges and enhance how people live.With a **forward‑thinking legacy spanning more than 100 years** , the brand seamlessly integrates advanced technology, performance, and design to complement today’s modern lifestyle—delivering reliability, style, and smarter living in every home.**RESPONSIBILITIES****Community Management & Content**+ Own the overall social media management including, tagging and pinning content, developing organic calendars, and porting web content for a leading appliance House of Brands.+ Be the main point of contact for digital marketing assets and content, including media library management for the leading appliance House of Brands.+ Manage content libraries to identify, download, and package up digital assets to share with internal teams, and retailers.+ Own community management for social media platforms across brands including escalation of consumer feedback to appropriate counterparts and engaging and interacting with consumer comments.+ Creation and adaptation of all social content across channels.+ Act as a representative of all brands to manage consumer feedback professionally and in a timelymanner.**Trade Marketing**+ Assist with digital marketing activations across digital platforms with:+ Key retail accounts+ Key marketing partners+ Ecommerce partners+ Amplification of promotional and brand assets to key partners across all digital channels.+ Creation and syndication of enhanced web content through to our retail partners.**Metrics Collection and Database Maintenance**+ Collect, monitor and analyze social and web metrics.+ Maintain metrics databases.+ Complete competitive analysis.**QUALIFICATIONS**+ Post-secondary education.
