Responsabilités principales :
- Gestion des dossiers, examen et partage des rapports quotidiens afin d’assurer le respect des SLA, gestion des escalades et participation aux analyses des causes profondes.
- Assistance aux ressources sur site lorsque nécessaire.
- Mise à jour régulière des notes, commentaires ou documents dans les systèmes de billetterie appropriés afin de suivre et surveiller les escalades.
- Collaboration avec les collègues, les gestionnaires d’incidents, les équipes de triage et de support technique, les équipes de compte, la logistique et d’autres équipes pour résoudre les défis quotidiens liés aux dossiers et les mener à résolution.
- Communication régulière à la direction concernant les défis persistants et les problèmes susceptibles d’avoir un impact sur les SLA ou la satisfaction client.
- Soutien aux gestionnaires d’incidents et aux techniciens afin de garantir que tous les dossiers contiennent des informations et des notes à jour sur l’état actuel.
- Maintien d’une connaissance approfondie des méthodologies, zones géographiques, technologies, équipes de soutien internes/externes, services et outils actuels.
- Identification des besoins de formation liés aux projets, fourniture/animation de la formation, et planification des projets.
- Recrutement : première entrevue et organisation de la formation des nouvelles recrues.

We’re looking for a Field Services Team Lead to join our team.
The Field Services Team Lead provides day-to-day operational direction, leadership, and support to a team of support technicians ensuring quality, productivity and availability objectives are met. This individual should be available 24 x 7, bi-lingual (French and English), serves as an escalation point for the customer, for our account teams, schedules project work, supervises staff daily, provides case management support and support to the Field Service Manager. The average span of control is between 20-25 Field Services Technicians.Primary Responsibility:
- Case management, reviewing and sharing daily case reports to ensure SLA attainment, and escalation management and participates in root cause analysis of cases.
- Assist onsite resources where necessary.
- Consistently provides and updates notes, feedback, or documentation via the appropriate ticketing systems to track and monitor escalations.
- Works with associates, Incident Managers, Triage and Technical Support team, account teams, logistics and other teams to overcome daily case challenges and move them to resolution.
- Keeps management up to date on continuing challenges and issues that may impact SLA's or Customer Satisfaction.
- Support IMs and technicians to ensure all cases have UpToDate information and notes of current status.
- Maintains sound knowledge and understanding of current methodologies, geographies, technologies, internal/external supporting teams, services and tools.
- Identify Project training requirements, provide/facilitate the project training, perform project scheduling.
- Recruitment – first pass interview and arrange new hire training.
