Want to join a growing, sales focused SAAS business who's grown over 5X in the past 2 years?We're looking for a creative and data-driven Content Strategist to lead our email marketing efforts and drive content creation across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and performance marketing.Key Responsibilities50% — Email Marketing (Strategy & Execution)
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
  • Own the email calendar, segmentation strategy, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to create compelling email templates and messaging.
  • A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize performance.
  • Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other KPIs to continuously improve campaigns.
  • Stay current with email marketing trends, tools, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
50% — Content Creation & Marketing
  • Plan and produce high-quality content including blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and social media assets.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into compelling narratives.
  • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
  • Analyze content performance and iterate based on data.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives with content assets (e.g., webinars, whitepapers, product launches).
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, email marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of work.
  • Experience with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing.
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting.
