- Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to guide financial and strategic decision-making.
- Lead the development and execution of financial and accounting strategies to maximize profitability and strengthen the company's position.
- Oversee all accounting operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and actionable insights to support business growth, operational planning, and long-term objectives.
- Ensure robust and scalable financial systems are in place to support current operations and future expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams.
- Drive the budgeting process and monitor performance against targets.
- Manage treasury, cash flow, debt, capital, and tax strategies.
- Present annual accounts and financial updates to investors and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
- CPA designation (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
- French language skills are a necessity.
