- In house training (knife school)
- $24.91/hour to start - $25.91/hour after probation (3 months)
- Annual Increases based on Collective Bargaining Agreement

- Ability to lift up to 25kgs.
- Meat cutting and trimming
- Assist Lead Hand in assembling equipment for production
- Sharpen knives for both shiftsRequirements:
- Must have experience in using knives; or ability to master knife skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken English skills.
- Ability to follow and execute instructions given by mangers/supervisors
- Attention to detail.
- Must display a positive and proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety and processes and reporting.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and Compliance proceduresHourly wage is $25.91 per hour for this role, with the ability to work 40 hours per week. Weekends and overtime may be required based on the needs of the business and production. This job posting is for a position which is currently vacant.
