- A robust portfolio of leisure customers and strong relationships with leading travel consortia
- Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations and 5-star service delivery
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and pursue high-value opportunities
- Outstanding relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; advanced certifications in luxury sales are a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings, trade events, and site visits
