- Lead the deployment of innovative, high-performing omnichannel strategies and campaigns.
- Optimize marketing investments and foster a data-driven, ROI-focused decision-making culture.
- Identify and activate new growth levers, strategic partnerships, and high-impact national initiatives.
- Mobilize and develop an engaged, high-performing, results-oriented marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure strong strategic alignment.
- University degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, combined with significant experience in marketing leadership, ideally within a multi-site or highly complex distribution environment.
- Expertise in brand management, omnichannel marketing, and performance analytics, including marketing investment management and ROI optimization.
- Inspiring leadership, strategic mindset, and strong influencing skills, with excellent communication abilities in both French and English (spoken and written) to collaborate across Canada.
