- Run structured discovery conversations
- Qualify opportunities and set meetings

- 1+ year of experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or customer-facing roles (e.g., SDR, BDR, retail sales, call center, telecom, recruitment, etc.)
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Coachable, resilient, and able to handle rejection
- Professional composure under pressure
- Demonstrated job stability and commitment
- Previous SDR/BDR experience
- Experience selling or working with U.S.-based customers
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Not a closing / Account Executive role
- Not a managerial or leadership position
- Not a short-term or transitional role
- Not suitable for founders, consultants, or senior-level candidates
- Base Pay: CA$40,000 - CA$60,000 per year plus commission
