They are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Director in this newly created, high-impact role. As the first EA within the organization, this individual will play a pivotal part in shaping executive operations and becoming a trusted member of the leadership team.The Executive Assistant will act as the Director’s strategic partner, overseeing communications, schedules, and key operational priorities with discretion and professionalism. This role is best suited for a proactive, highly organized professional with experience in small to mid-sized environments such as construction, renovations, or manufacturing. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings, demonstrates sound judgment, and can confidently represent the Director in all interactions.What you will be doing:Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointmentsDraft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and documentsAct as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersPrepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reportsOrganize and maintain confidential files and recordsSupport operational initiatives and special projectsAnticipate the Director’s needs and proactively address prioritiesAssist with travel arrangements and expense reporting as neededWhat you must have:Experience supporting senior leadership in an Executive Assistant roleStrong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessionalism, discretion, and high confidentiality standardsAbility to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity toolsIndustry experience in construction or related services is a strong assetGreat energy and love the idea of working collaboratively and independently.Other Information:
