- Proven account management experience. This is a combination of hunting and farming role so you should have experience managing existing accounts but also pursuing incremental opportunities to grow the portfolio
- Known to be a champion of a positive team culture prioritizing team support, coaching, professional development and goal setting
- Demonstrated ability to articulate business challenges and strategic priorities to internal and external stakeholders
- Noted for delivering superior communication, presentation and storytelling abilities; able to craft clear, concise and compelling messages within a story at an executive level anchored in performance metrics
- Openness to adapt to changing business needs and can handle ambiguity well
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to territory specific cities in Quebec
- Demonstrated success as a sales executive, with a proven track record of growing a funnel of new business
- Pre-existing relationships in the developer, builder and/or property management community that could be leveraged as a starting point in connecting with prospects and solidifying partnerships early on
- Experience working with General Contractors, Vendor relations, Electrical contractors OR have a background in the construction industry or tenant experience
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to traverse complex stakeholder landscapes to manage conflicting priorities
- Experience in SFDC, JIRA and G-Suite tools
- Working knowledge of TELUS consumer channels, marketing and sales organizations
- Mastery level proficiency in both English and French
