The Opportunity:We're partnering with a well-established, North American-based organization with a strong footprint in the manufacturing sector. They're looking to bring on a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve their recruitment function across both Canada and the U.S.This is a high-impact leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment - building strong teams, partnering with senior leadership, and shaping how talent is attracted, engaged, and hired across the business.What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and executing a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth
Partnering closely with senior leaders to support workforce planning and hiring initiatives
Acting as a trusted advisor on market trends, hiring strategies, and talent insights
Managing and developing a team of recruitment professionals, driving performance and engagement
Overseeing full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of corporate functions
Enhancing the candidate experience and strengthening the organization's employer brand
Continuously improving recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing strategies
Tracking and leveraging key hiring metrics to drive data-informed decisions
Supporting hiring across diverse functions including operations, finance, IT, sales, and more

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Strong background in talent acquisition, with experience leading recruitment teams
Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence hiring decisions
Experience building and scaling recruitment functions in a dynamic environment
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Experience leveraging modern sourcing tools and platforms

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $140,000
