- Own the full sales cycle: Source leads, build a robust pipeline, negotiate, and close deals with districts and schools—no hand-holding required.
- Act as a market-builder: Spearhead our US expansion, attending key conferences, building high-impact relationships, and opening doors in new regions.
- Think and work autonomously: Drive your territory, set aggressive goals, and execute—while bringing market insights and feedback to shape both sales strategy and product vision.
- Be a collaborator and communicator: Work hand-in-hand with marketing and product teams, sharing insights, trends, and opportunities to drive unified growth.
- Set benchmarks: Report and analyze your progress, continually seeking ways to refine and optimize both your own approach and our sales processes.

- Ready to travel consistently within North America to grow new business.
- 2+ years’ sales experience in SaaS (Account Executive, Business Development), ideally in education technology.
- Proven record of full-cycle ownership and revenue growth—show us your results!
- Clear, persuasive communicator and great presenter.
- Ambitious, goal-oriented, and undaunted by new challenges.
- Experienced in cross-functional environments; collaborative and adaptable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Sales leadership experience scaling a sales org
